A yellow fever vaccination certificate may be required if you have traveled with the last 90 days to any of the following countries: Angola, Bolivia, Benin, Burkina, Cameroon, Colombia, Cote D’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ecuador, French Guyana, Gabon, Ghana, Gambia, Republic of Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, Peru, Sierra Leone, Sudan or Venezuela.  Yellow fever vaccination is advisable if your destinations in Brazil include any of the following Brazilian states: Acre, Amapa, Amazonas, Federal District of Brasilia, Goiás, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Rondônia, Roraima, and /or Tocantins.

HOTEL RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

• Hotel reservation will be made only upon previous request to BRAZIL DESTINATION and will be confirmed and guaranteed based on the receipt of the hotel booking form together with full payment after the confirmation by BRAZIL DESTINATION.
  
  
• Payments:
  
  • Visa, Mastercard or Diners credit cards are accepted (need to add 5% of room rates for administrative expenses and bank taxes) only for reservations requested until June 21, 2009 by sending the attached form via fax or e-mail together with the copy of the credit card (back and front). In case of cash payment , please contact Brazil Destination for bank remittance instructions.

• Brazil Destination will send confirmations and vouchers via e-mail or fax.

• Cancellation policy: Hotel reservation cancelled by August 30, 2009, will be refundable, deducted of 10% for administrative expenses. Cancellation requests received after this date will not be refunded.

• All reservation changes or cancellations requests must be made in writing.

• Hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 am.

• Please contact Brazil Destination for airline tickets discounts.

• Cancellation request after October 10th, 2009 will not be refunded.
